Hello All,

I've owned my 68 roadrunner for about 8 months now and trying to get all of the bugs worked out. Needless to say, I blew a head gasket the other day and I'm now thinking about biting the bullet and getting the engine fully rebuilt. New pistons, cam, heads, etc. Does anyone know of a quality engine builder in the Phoenix area? Preferably a mopar guy who knows these things inside and out?

Thanks,
Don

Hi!
There is a guy in the area, on the bypass on the way to Scottsdale that may know.
He is a BIG AMC restorer.
His name is Dan Curtis
Yup, the very same one who ran as H. Ross Perot's VP
Anyway, he knows cars.
A true expert on AMCs
Give him a call

New here but here goes, I am working with a machine shop in Phoenix 37th street and Greenway, he has a very nice shop in behind his home, after 30 years in Scottsdale. Greulich Engine, He just did some clean up work on my vintage Chevrolet 1967 427, he is fast and proficient. 480-948-3042

He's not specifically a Mopar guy but does great work. He did my 383 machine work ... i did (still doing) the assembly. Also fairly close to Queen Creek.

Anyone know any good sheet metal/body guys in AZ?

Well I can advise against the "Desert Car Kings" hacks from DVAP.
