I have heard good things and bad things about the m1 intake manifold. What is your feeling?

Single or dual plane?

The dual is mostly a copy of the OE iron. At least the ones I have seen, no big deal. Good intake.

Single plane intake;

Whew, theres so many versions it's head spinning. For the stock head;

Overall, I have noticed that they seem to make more torque than top end power vs other intakes. Which bennifits the 360 hi-po engines. There capable of excellent power numbers and times on the track.

Theres a few company's that mod the intake's plenum for a decent gain in power when coupled with a Holley carb. Huges engines and Dick Landy's shop in Cali. do this work.

Sorry fella's, it's a 440 and the intake is a single plane. the heads are stock.
