mopar muscle magazine? Getting thin?

In this issue:

We'll show you how to pay someone to redo your brakes.

We'll also show you how to pay someone to redo your interior.

Then we'll all go for a ride in someone's high dollar resto-mod with air suspension and a parts store interior.

Just received my April 2014 issue of MOPAR ACTION. Amazing the content and quality they have here. MOPAR MUSCLE could learn a thing or 2 about what we mere MOPAR Hobbyists are really interested in. The upgrade to a Serpentine belt system on our older motors using parts off the shelf or from a wrecking yard is something I think I will try and do in the not too distant future. Gotta get the car registered and aligned first though. The latest issue though is chock full of info. Check it out....

They taught me everything I needed to know about how to pay people to do stuff for me.... without them I would have nothing... :(

Hig Performance Mopar used to be a really good one. They would do a lot of dragstrip testing with before and after ETs for cam swaps, intake swaps, carb swaps, slicks, you name it. Their test mule was a '67 R/T that was built pretty close to my Satellite so there was a lot of helpful information.

I buy Mopar Action and subscribe to Chrysler Power. Those are the only two I'm interested in these days.

eboogher is the man, never get tired of his adventures and he has a very unique way of explaining how things work.

Im letting my Hemming expire, I can only read so many stories about after the kids got thru college and struggling thru a white collar job was he able to start a $100000 restore.
Plus I can't stand the auction price review that made all these cars so unaffordable in the first place I will not support them any longer.

MM has become nothing more than a rich mans car mag! Like some one said before it's mostly ads and fluff! I won't be renewing my sub when it runs out! It's too bad Hi Perf. Mopar mag. got shut off by the bean counters of Chrysler years ago for not paying the graff money to them! IMO it was the most informative of the mopar mags. Also MCG is getting out of hand with all the high dollar restos. and the new stuff being featured lately!

all the mags have changed I quite buying subscriptions years ago ,if I see one with something of value I will buy that one !

I only keep "Car craft" up to date for years. I just dropped hotrod also because im just not the 50&60s led sled, indy car, scallop, no door handle rod type. Musclecar is my Walmart pick up because you never know when they have an all ford extravaganza and im not paying for that!

Mopar Collectors Guide is the only mag I read, love it,plus they are good right wingers and always have a article at least 2 pages, puttin down Obama and his regime and all the other crap going on.

Off topic, but if you've never owned a serp belt Mopar...they tend to eat idler pulleys and IP tension springs.
I've been through three pulleys and two springs.

I guess it could be MUCH worse, as far as price for a common failure item, plus it doesn't affect drivability, just annoyability.

I also miss HPM.
