I sure wish mopar would return to NASCAR.I love the Chevys and fords but let's get the HEMI back in the mix. BUT THE PUSSY'S IN CHARGE WOULD MAKE THEM RUN WITH THREE WHEELS !!!!!! POPS

Hemis do not conform to the rules and have not since 1970.
Who needs a mopar, toyota, cheby and ford body that all looks the same other than paint anyway.
Get back to production run stuf them yes mopar needs to participate. But thats not going to happen.

I follow Nascar closely and they said recently that it takes a manufacturer roughly 3 years to get a car into the Monster series. Mopar was present for the unveiling of the new generation Cup car. Whether that means they are interested is yet to be determined. I certainly hope so.

I wish......there is a thread on Allpar about this with lots of talk and speculation, maybe.....possibly......sorta might happen....but who knows for sure......RCR and Petty is/might/could be the teams to jump ship. Petty just switched from Ford to GM, and RCR is at the bottom of the ladder for tech and support compared to the other teams. There was some talk of 2019.....but maybe it will be 2020?? I check over there daily for any type of info.....GM is using the Camaro, Ford will probably switch to the Mustang, which leaves the Challenger for the MOPAR fans. SM was saying how he might be interested in getting back into......but....take a look at NHRA, hardly any support except for funny car and dragster, not like the old days, hell...even 10 years ago.....so it could be a year...or twenty???

I used to follow nascar years ago but can’t stand all the advertising. Also how fake and scripted the drivers are so as to not upset there sponsers. Can’t start an interview til after They take a drink of Coke with the label facing the camera.

NASCAR is as exciting as watching paint dry. Take all the decals off any NASCAR race car and you can't tell one brand of body from another.

What's it matter any more? There was a time when you (#1) cheered for your favorite brand of car and (#2) the driver at the wheel. Hence the phrase "race on Sunday, sell on Monday". There is absolutely nothing on today's "stock cars" that would want you to cheer on any particular brand of car at all.

Allow parts removal for weight savings, and tuning.

If toyota wants in, they can bring an RWD supra.
