Motor Mount Bolt Orientation

So the drivers side gets the motor mount with the tubed sleeve. Does the orientation of the smaller motor mount bolts, which attach to the block matter whether the nut is on the inside or outside of the bracket? It's easier to crank tight on the outside, but not sure how Ma Mopar installed them.
 
I went by the FSM.
 
Mine were factory with the nut to the out side on the rears and on the inside for the front.... the heads were all facing the front.....
