Hello, can someone break down exactly what the number means. I can get 318 cui read out of there, nothing more.

The first 7 numbers is just the casting number the the 7 is how many times the mold was used. IIRC, the numbers that have more meaning are on the left front of the block just below the head gasket parting line.

The only thing that can be determined apart from what Cranky has already told you, is that the casting was used from '67-75 on LA series 318's
