Sorry for not being here a while, but this is the busiest part of the year for my business, I recently watched a movie in Netflix, Pedro Paramo, based on a novel by Juan Rulfo, one of the top and best writers in the Mexican literature, pioner in a schooll called magic realism, no spoilers but highly recommended, is even more special for me because the area where this novel take place is about 45 minutes from where I was raised, and the gosht town named Comala, was taken from a municipality in my state.

The other recommendation is also on Netflix, Hundred years of loneliness, for me, alongside the Quijote, the best novel on Spanish wrote by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, tell the story of the Buendia family and a place named Macondo, have a nice day guys and happy holidays for all af you.

Watched this just a couple of days ago. It was quite different than most of the run-of-the-mill American movies that have completely predictable story lines and just count on special effects to mesmerize you.

Amigo! I was wondering what became of you.
We are in mazatlan for another week. We love telenovellas. Even though I understand little Spanish it is easy to follow the story.
As usual we have a bunch of cats in the yard. One of the ones that was born in my garden two years ago is still here and now has a family of her own. She recognized me as soon as she saw me and followed me to our place.
The other picture is my family with the dog we rescued and kept last year. Oh yeah, I also got stung by a scorpion last week. That was no fun at all.
