OK I have tried not to post anything negative about this vendor for a while but I have to now.
I had a large order of parts, mostly new seals, arm rests etc.
I got a partially fulfilled shipment about a month after ordering. Ordered on March the 3rd.
I was told that the rear arm rests were on backorder from Legendary, and the quarter vent seals were on backorder too.
I am still waiting...with the arm rests now in, and still waiting for the quarter vent seals. I checked the other seals I got from him and they are Metro, so I go to Metro's website (wish I had just gone direct to them in the first place) and they show the correct quarter vent seals as 'in stock'.
With it being 28th of April, I am really getting anxious as to why my entire order is not shipped. Not to mention that when he partially shipped the first part of the order, his paperwork showed ALL of the items, so Finnish customs wacked me duty on the lot! I have repeatedly asked him what he will do with the backorder shipment (if and WHEN it ships), so that it is indicated that the items in the second shipment are FREE! So I do not get customs duty on them. Or at least some type of explanation.
Since I have asked about this customs issue in the last 6 emails I have sent him, and so far he has not responded, I am assuming he will ignore what I am telling him, ship normally and I will have to pay again. I cannot even argue with Finnish customs as they won't accept my explanation. I know, I have been down this road before.
I will not buy from this joker again. He has given me the excuse that he was at shows, when i asked why my first part of the order did not ship when he told me it would.
I'm sorry to rant, but it's not my problem if he is at shows. I have shows to get to as well, and they would go better for me if I had my parts on the car, not sitting in boxes, like they are now. Since I cannot change ANY of the other seals until I do the quarter vent windows.
