I gotta try to not even think about that anymore... It would almost feel like "cheating" on my bird. But on the serious side, now i've gotta think about selling my 69 Sport Satellite Convertible.

WOW, that was inspiring and awesome work. My dash had some expensive "reverse color" dash work done. Not what I would've done but it does look good, except the ammeter is crooked and too high??? There's also a few wiring demons that need to be excersized along with a few other issues.

Thanks 70, but compared to the other guys reconstructing their cars like Prop, Sarge, Swede, and countless others, this was nothing! Needless to say, when I was losing steam, I went out to this board to see how the other guys were doing, and that got me moving again as my "face lift" was minor in comparison to some of the serious body work these other boys were doing!

This has been a great forum for me, as prior to this effort, I knew next to nothing about B bodies!

The 68 looks pretty darn clean. Hard to believe it needs mechanical overhaul. Tell the truth though, how many times has the wife driven it. You either have a very understanding wife or you're a good saleman!

No doubt I'm in love with the 70, but the 69 gave me the convertible "bug". I preferred a 70, but the 69 was there, pretty clean, and very solid. I love that I'm the 3rd owner with original window sticker, build sheet, and ALL numbers matching. I'm asking 24.
