My new toy!64 Polara 440

Hey Yellowdartdave;thanks for the article on the '64 Hemi car. I met the then owner(Lyn),and actually had a chance to purchase the car. Was laid off at the time,so no purchase. It is in a fine collection with a caring owner now.

Went to Maple City cruise Monmouth,IL last nite.Radio estimated 2000 cars.Took wife on first offical cruise,she liked the new toy!We parked outside cruise area.Went to leave ol' Polara had 5 guys standing around her!Now all I need is that Hemi yellowdartdave was gonna give me!LOL!If your in the area next year first friday in August,this is a pretty nice one to attend.

Looking for the chrome around license plate area.I have seen some with reverse lights.Any body have pics or parts for sale

Hemistix66;here's the back of a 440 hardtop. Don't know if the sedans(330's) had these same trim features,and I do know the Polaras had a third tailight on each side and aluminum panels surrounding the lenses and extending to the license area.

Thanks Al K.I just got an original sales brouchure so I can check pics.I know the 500's had all that trim&third light.I've seen one 440 model on here that had just the license plate area trim with reverse lights.This pic is exactly what I want-license plate area.Anybody got a good one for sale?

Per my info from Chrysler the back up lamps on a 330 were optional, all other models (440, Polara and 500) they came standard.
