Mystery Bucket Seats

Picked these up at Carlisle
Seller did not know what they were out of, but thought perhaps a later (71-74) B-Body.
I can't seem to find a match.
Hoping someone can shed some light on the mystery...

They did come with the back seat as well, which I can confirm is a few inches more narrow than the back seat on my 70 RR.

Does anyone know what the bar with wires attached to it is?
Is that for a heated seat?
