Does anybody have the NAPA part number for the u-joint that fits the big yoke on one side and the small yoke on the other? My NAPA guy thinks I'm crazy.
thanks,
Chris

Spicer discontinued that and several others, use Rockwell/Meritor CP527X or Neapco 2-0527, napa is china

Thanks, guys! I ended up with NAPA Precision part number 347. Seems to be the right one, but I don't have engine or transmission in car so I can check for sure yet. Will climb under there and check the rear end yoke this weekend. And the box says MADE IN USA right on it or I would have told him to keep it.

Im not going thru this again with the made in the usa thing or usa dropped on joint crosses.

The boxes label is made in the usa, precision does not exist and hasn't made a joint since more than 20 yrs. FM sources joints thru moog, which moog is sourcing sh!t now also.

In order to say "made in the usa" very few things have to happen to legally do that, and since it isn't clarifying what it is that is made in the usa it opens up numerous loopholes.
If the caps come from china, the cross comes from china, the needles come from china and the rubber dust seal comes from ohio and you put the 4 components together here YOU CAN print made in the usa.....
