A word to the wise!Don't patronize the Ecrapo Lodge in Heath!!!!!!!!!!!! We checked out of there Friday because of the owners responce to my buddys complaint.the owner told him if he didn't like it he could leave!We did! Found a nicer place less per night than Ecrapos $149.00 a night had to drive 12 miles to the track what we saved paid for the gas! Ecrapos continental breakfast was stale donuts,white bread,and coffee.The other place had waffles,muffins bagels,fruit ,oatmeal,cereal,milk, juice,and coffee,hot chocolate.All of it was fresh too.

we stayed at Gahana, about 15 miles from the track. Very nice place and people for $79, a Candlewood Suites, close to the old cruise-in area. Already made my reservations for next year. i found a 68 RR trunk in really great shape from some dude who had come from PA. Did you see the guy crash the Duster (maybe duster) on saturday about noon? we left saturday when the rain hit about 3-4:00, i walked for 6 hours.
Best $20 i have spent in years. OK i can also actually say that all the Redneck Hillbillies are not in the South. i couldnt believe the burnout action in Heath saturday night!!
