NE1 in Oak Brook/Napierville vicinity to check out a car?

I'd really like to get a set of eyes on this before getting on a plane to see for my self. I trust members here because of the FBBO community support & tech expertise I see in other posts. I'd like to know how much rust is actually present including the underside and frame rails. I know in the grand scheme of things $17K isn't a big ask for a '68 B-body but it is a large portion of my current 'car fund'. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
