Hello,
I am restoring a 1970 Road Runner which was damaged on the drivers side quarter panel and trunk drip rail. I am ready to replace the drip rail and removed the quarter panel but need to verify the inside dimension from drip rail to drip rail(weatherstrip removed). It appears that it is 47" at the tail light panel and tapers to 46-3/4" at the dutchmans panel but not positive. Does anyone have an illustration they can share showing this dimension or check their original. I don't know if it should be 47" from front to back or 46-3/4" from front to back or if the taper is correct. Thank you very much for your help.
