Well I've been searching for a 71 Superbee in F7 green and finally found one I am serious about purchasing.

I would like to get an independent 3rd party to check the car out for me before I finalize the deal. Looking for someone in the Mobile Alabama area, either a long time member from FBBO, or other forum if you've been around that long...;) or contact info of someone you'd recommend who does old car inspections in the area?

Would like an honest inspection of the car, top, bottom, inside and out, with a bunch of pics, Willing to compensate you for your time and effort.

I used Lemon Squad to do an inspection of my 70 RR before I got it. I'm in CA and the car was in OH and I had a report in three days. It was a young guy who did it and spent all of his time measuring paint depth. But he also did what I asked in advance on the order. I wanted lots of pics of under the dash and under the car -- he was very thorough. Read up on them if the seller will let them come out.

I sold a car a few years ago and the buyer hired the Lemon Squad. I would have been satisfied with how thorough he was if I had hired him.

I'm about 175 miles from Mobile, but there should be FBBO members closer. I also know a classic car dealer in Mobile.

Would love to but not sure yet, the Covid boarder restrictions for land travel are ridiculous compared to flying. Not sure why it's so much more restrictive?
