Need Help Finding this Part

Recently, i was rolling down my window, and i heard a clunk in the bottom of the inside of the door.

This is the part that is broken. It seems that this holds everything together. I'm not sure of its name, nor where I can find this, so if anyone knows where I can find this, it would be a great help.

It's a glass rivet, it holds the window in place, i would never reuse one because it could come loose and cause the same problem you have now.

years ago i couldnt find one so i just drilled a hole down the middle of the broken one , looked just like yours and put a bolt through it . Has worked great for years and is stronger .
