I have a flywheel I bought several years ago right around the time I traded my 318 for a 360. The a833 came with the 360 and can not remember which block I bought the flywheel for. I should play it safe and take it to a shop that knows but time is my constraint due to work. Anyways, I'm looking to pull the 360 and send it to get bored for the 408, and finally after 7 years put the 4 speed in. I'm going to put my 318 back into the 73' charger just to play with the 4 speed. I won't have the small fortune saved yet till winter for the 408, and I still wanna play. I also couldn't find anything on the numbers.

I would say that's a neutral balance flywheel.....

360 Flywheels have three large 1-13/64 inch holes drilled half way through. You can't miss them.

If you had the bolt on weight you could use for the 360
but with no weight the 318

Ok, thanks for the input. I'll bolt it on the 318 in an engine cradle and start it before stabbing it into the car. I wasn't sure if all flywheels were created equal, or if they got their balance all the same way or not. I feel good enough to go with it. I was thinking it was for the 318. Thanks all
