Need help on value of 69 roadrunner

With the additional 440 it might be worth $2000 in parts if you feel like dragging it home. (I would). I don't think I would attempt to restore it.

If you want to do the work, I'm sure you can get the parts. Check with AMD.

I couldn't agree more.

Looks to me that the only decent piece of sheetmetal on that car is the fender tag. :) Look at it this way; completed mint Road Runners that you don't have to do anything to, other than fill the gas tank, are in the high 30-low 40 range and I can guarantee you that you will have far more into the car than that.

Two grand is waaaay too much for that heap. My advice is to let that thing slide.

I don't have the money for those.

Luke

I don't mean to sound cold, but if you don't have the money for a done car, then you definitely don't have even more money to put into that rust bucket. That car needs everything and then some. Walk away from it. Better yet; run away.

And no intention on selling.

Eventually you will and keep in mind that all of this repro sheetmetal needs to be tweaked to make it fit and it's a lot easier to make one panel fit than to replace every panel and try to make them all fit. Also, a car that has had every panel replaced by a novice will be worth far less than a car with most of its factory sheetmetal. No insult to your, or anyone's ability, but it's a fact.

Take your time, save up some more dough and buy something better later down the road.
