My car came without anything in the engine compartment and right now I am trying to find out what holes belong and what holes need to be welded up. I have some circled that I believe need to be welded up but I am not certain. Car is non A/C automatic on the floor with N96 cold air hood It may have had windshield washer but the original hood is gone and nothing remained from the system. What holes can I weld up?
Thanks!

In pic 1 the two you have circled are for your starter relay. Not sure what the two above them are maybe for the interior insulation fastener.

In the 2nd picture, the circled hole in the cowl structure and the bolt south left of it should not be there. the circled hole in the firewall is (I believe) for the engine ground strap.

There should be no holes in the cowl section except for the washer line clamps and nozzle holes. The ones visible in your photos should be filled. Damn those firewalls are ugly, aren't they !!

Ugly is right. Those wrinkles are hideous lol.

OK, I think I have a good idea what goes where. Tell me if I have something wrong or mislabled. Red X is getting welded up. There is a bolt to the left of the master cylinder mount which I think does not belong unless anyone can tell me otherwise.
