Why are rear brake lines through the firewall and connected to devise? Weak stopping power. Front disk/ rear drum.

That is not factory. Former race car? Set up for a line lock maybe?

Looks like a roll cage run through the firewall.

With that kind of mod, all bets are off on what else might be done and to what level of competency.

I replied to your other thread but didn't notice the cage issue there.

My guess would be a track car with
an adjustable proportioning valve
mounted inside the cabin. Trace
your lines to see if there are any
disruptions of a continuous run of
brake line tubing, especially just after
the point where the lines enter past
the firewall. An indication that a valve
was once installed.

It sure looks like a factory valve that's been moved under the dash.

Adjustable valve should have a wheel on it that's big enough to be easy to turn.

I see a lot of non factory stuff. Steering shaft, roll cage, master cylinder, relay on firewall. Has race car written all over it.
On the valve under the dash is that a push button on it? Manual line lock?
