I don't condone anything he did, just said he has died, "won't be down for breakfast"... And I don't like his past either, he was an anarchist, socialist progressive communist supporter & terrorist/murderer {his family & followers also}... There were atrocities by both sides, Apartheid wasn't exactly innocent either, they were starting a genocide, of people of color, basically civil war & communism eradication of South African tribes & South Africa was burning, because of both sides... Nelson Mandela even served 27 years for that participation, pled guilty, for a lessor sentence & in his role of terrorism murder & tyranny, war basically... Then was trying to turn his legacy around, tried to separate himself from the socialist progressive people involved & it seams somewhat successfully in the west's leftist socialist medias eyes... I don't think he was a good guy by any means & it has nothing to do with color of the man skin... It's the media is who makes him out to be something of a hero & a great man {perfect example is Pres. Obama thought of him as a hero}, IMHFO mainly because the color of his skin... That IIRC personally I don't remember him ever being a great man & believe he was just the opposite, for the most part, until much latter in his life, he did "some" good things for South Africa... Then only out of respect for the dead & to not start a damn argument or race war or other stupid nonsensical racist crap, that some of the more ill informed people from the left here, will start sometimes, I just said RIP... Just don't read something into that, that's not there... It's just information that he had died @ age 95, nothing more & nothing less... I think pretty much everyone here knows, where I stand for the most part... I just wasn't trying to make this a political statement, until now... my $0.02 cents
