I'm almost done, just a little trimming to do and it's done.

I bought a carpet kit made by ACC (Auto Custom Carpets) and they turned out great. I know my car isn't going to be a show car, but the alternative, which looked 'okay' left a lot hidden. The guy who reupholstered it glued the new carpet onto the orignal carpet. Pure laziness... to go that far removing all the seats, all the trim, and to leave the old carpet there. What is wrong with some people?

So... I got this kit for about $159 shipped!
A little POR 15 for the surface-rusted front floors...

There was a cutout for the shifter (Satellite, I presume) and when I laid this out the cutout was in the exact spot that I bolted my B&M Shifter...

Looks good. You lucked out with the hole for the shifter. LOL

That carpet looks great. I had the same thing in my Roadrunner. The guy that had it before me glued house carpet to the original carpet and was a nasty brownish orange...must have been in there since the 70's or so since I'm not too sure they still make carpets in that color.

LOL... that sounds like a 70's carpet color!

Oh, and there wasn't a hole in the carpet for the shifter, just a cutout in the jute padding... but it was in the exact spot I needed it.

Looks great. Your a step or two ahead of me. Got new carpet in a box but still got bare floors that need a little sand and grind before primer. Your dash looks nice and clean too.

Question since your seats are out. I didn't have interior to start with so is there hardware holding the back bench, top and bottom, in the car? Or are they forced (snapped) into place with the springs on the under side? My interior is still in a box from the Phoenix desert. Thanks.

Thanks. The bottom seat portion is just hooked in at the floor, and the backrest is hooked at the top, no hardware, just lift upward. I think you have to remove the rear armrests in order to get the seat out, you have to angle it forward to remove it.

Sweet, was hoping I wasn't missing any parts.
