New from Virginia/Michigan

Joining the ranks finally in the Northern Virginia area. Originally from Detroit but I needed a job! It's a 69 with a non-matching 440 and a 4-speed. It's everything I wanted, in pretty good shape, and I'm not broke. Original color but it has been repainted. It does need some care but it's going to get me around beautifully in the summer. I've been reading a boat load of posts so keep em comin, I love the site!

Thanks for all the kind words everyone. I lived in St. Clair Shores all my life up until about 5 years ago. The Construction jobs out here were tough to match although, like scottsbirds said, TRAFFIC SUCKS! There's just something not as enjoyable about seeing the temp go higher then the tach! Hopefully I'll be back in all that Great Lakes Splendor sooner then later.

Nice ride. No jobs here in Michigan. Everybody is leaving. Traffic sucks in DC. My brother and sister in law moved there two years ago. They are in the Air Force. Andrews base.
