Hello Everyone.

New guy here to the website. Used to fool around with muscle cars back in the day (60's, 70's & 80's) then got out of it entirely when the family came along.

Rode Harley's for about 20 years (got tired of knuckle head drivers trying to kill bikers) and decided it was time to sell the bike and get back into the muscle car scene.

I recently purchased a 1965 Plymouth Belvedere II with a 440 engine, Bullet cam, Edelbrock Performer intake and carburetor, flow master exhaust and headers, 727 trans with a Cheetah valve body. Really sweet car as it was an original Arizona car, no rust, never been wrecked and was a rotisserie restoration. The guy who restored/built the car really did an excellent job.

When I bought the car it was pretty much built, but the person who built it never got around to debugging the car after the build was completed. So presently I am working through these issues. Doing lots of internet research for information, parts and idea's.

It's been a while since i did any trouble shooting on muscle cars so the skills are a bit rusty. I suspect I will be a regular on this site.

Looking forward to car shows and just cruising around in the summer.

Hoping to make the Columbus Nat's, providing I can get a couple more bugs out of it.

No, no mini tubs. Its all stock under there. I am planning on downsizing the back tires in the future. If you put any weight on the back end, the tires rub, I am not a big fan of this much rake in the cars stance. This was the way i bought it so one thing at a time. Right now I am working on some bugs in the wiring that came with the car.

Yeah, I moved here from Illinois in 1998, Ohio and the Buckeyes have grown on me.

The car was built in California and spent it's life in Arizona until I bought it. You guys out West do a good job keeping cars rust free. Keep up the good work so those of us in the Midwest, East can buy them. Thanks for the compliment.
