New guy with 69 charger in California

Thanks Birds8869!

Wheels are 18x8 with a 4.75" backspace and 245/40/18 tire. Rears are 18x10 with a 5.5" backspace and 285/40/18 tire.

All the interior lights are 360 degree ultra bright LED bulbs from LEDlight.com. And the LED parking lights came from http://globaloverdrive.com/ These are a dual bulb, white when the parking lights are on but change to amber when the turn signals are on. And if the parking lights are off they work just as normal amber turn signals.

And the seats are Corbeau GTS II seats. Leather with suede inserts.

NICE Charger, where in California are you located ??

Beautiful car - has the exact stance I want to achieve with my GTX. Did you use lowering blocks too or just the Hotchkis rear leafs? What about up front, just cranked down t-bars?

A very nice Charger you have there ....and I like the mods you have done to it...well done & welcome. :hello2:

Yep, just the hotchkis leaf springs. They give the car almost a 2" drop. Up front I just lowered it by adjusting the torsion bars but also used the hotchkis upper control arms to correct the alignment. The hotchkis torsion bars also give a little extra drop cause they aren't clocked like the originals.

Very, very nice charger. I can appreciate all your mods, including the seats. With a 3.55 rear have you thought about a gear vendors?

Thanks! That is my next project over the winter. Can't wait to cruise at 80 mph. Will hopefully have the cash after the holidays to do the gear vendors and a set of edelbrock aluminum heads.

Wow a real nice ride , how heavy is the firm feel power steering box as it is next on my list

It's very heavy compared to a stock over assisted box. At first I didn't like it but now after a while I love it. Feels great while on the road.
