New Here - Need Wheel Stud Help

I help people in other countries acquire classic vehicles and customization parts. I, personally, do not own a B body, but have several clients who do, and I need help.

I have a client who purchased a 1969 Charger R/T and an old school set of Vectors (15x8 front, 15x10 rear). When I attempted to install the front I found that the wheels interfered with the brake calipers. My client will need to add longer studs and a 1/4" spacer, so we need longer wheel studs. in my research I have found that the front wheel stud knurl is 0.673 and the rears are 0.650. Is this correct?
I need longer press-in studs, but can not find the 0.673 in any longer than stock.
We do not care about direction of thread, so all right hand will be good.
 
Get spacers that already have the studs made in them. They come in various thickness.
 
Contact ARP they make studs for race cars that need to be longer
also re spacers with the studs they will not come in 1/4 inch
 
I have 2 - billet 1/2” spacers if you’re interested let me know. Studs can be had by many manufacturers just go to SummitRacing.com and find what you need
 
How much does caliper rub? If it's close I have had good luck cleaning them up with a grinder. You could get some washers that fit over the studs. Start with two on each and snug the lugs. If wheel will turn you know your close. If the wheel just scrapes that will tell you where the problem is. New brake pads will also make the clearance problem worse. Keep trying washers til you know how much clearance you need. Remember I said CLEAN up with a grinder. As with all car stuff use your noggin.
They should go with out too much issue. Dave
 
The car is on the water heading to it's new owner in Austria. I have been unable find the correct knurl diameter so they could just press them in. I may pick up a set a little smaller and tell the guy to tack weld them in.
