New Indy legend 426-1RA on its way

Well i just sold my indy 426 legend heads and stepped it up a little more.
I went with the indy 426-1RA CNC ported heads with the larger 2.40 intake valve. i went with a titanium valve.

will have them in 2 days just waiting on the CNC porting. heads are on their shelf.

how much of a difference of intake is it to your old ones?

i believe same castings just got a bigger intake valve and will flow about 50 cfm more. that should work, dont you think.

Maybe I'll flip the 65 belvedere over on the launch with 200 more hp?

You have way to many fast toys. How do you do decide which car to take to the track? I mean how could you drive that slow a$$ 9 sec car after running those 8 sec rockets!!!!!!!:bootyshake:

you just got to feel it. i open up the garage door s and it just comes to you. 65 blue dodge ran flawless today.
65 black coronet just got finished yesterday. just going to check float levels and do timing tomorrow and then its off for a track rental to dial it in.

I know what you mean. I open up my garage door and it is a toss up on which to take. The Dodge or my other Red Rocket. My 08' Chevy Aveo. That thing gets it!!!!
