I appreciate the offer however I did do some research and found that he has passed away unfortunately. Could be the car is in your area still tucked away somewhere. Keep me in mind if you happen to stumble across a car similar to my description.

Update. I was put in touch with the gentleman by the name of Allan Weich. He did confirm that Simon was the gentleman who purchased the car and actually has pictures. These pictures were taken shortly after it arrived at its new home in Canada. Allan cannot confirm for sure who Simon sold the car to however he was going to check around. He's been super helpful and I'm very appreciative. As mentioned in the string it could be it was sold to PK motors in eastern Canada however I cannot confirm that 100%. Hope I have more information to share in the future.

Have you checked with DMV's in the various Canadian provinces? Anyone you know with connections to insurance databases that could run the VIN?

I'm going to assume that PK motors is actually PK's Investment Cars out of Nobleton, Ontario. He had an original A12 Road Runner that was originally white exterior with a blue interior. I think people may be thinking that this is the same car as the OP's fathers car. This picture was taken in the early nineties after PK's sold it.

I had heard about this car from a member on the A2 registry. Never seen a picture before so that is cool.
He had indicated it was advertised having blue interior in the Auto Trader.
My dads was original Frost Green with black interior. The second owner painted it white as pictured. Hard to believe someone would have changed the interior to blue.
That said it would be nice to confirm this is not the car. Has anyone you are aware of seen it since the early 90’s?

The A12 Road Runner in the photo I posted come from the factory with the blue interior. It can not be your dads car unfortunately.
