Hey folks, new guy around here. Have a 68 Satellite that I'll be working on. It's not numbers matching, has a 340 in it with 727 which obviously wasn't an option in 68. Ill be looking for a 383 or 440 to install in the near future. Glad to be here.

Welcome to the clan! And don't discount that 340. I have one in my 68 Coronet, and that girl will GET UP AND MOVE!! The purists will say exactly what you already said: "It wasn't offered in 68". I say "so what?" Enjoy it.

Welcome! I'm just right down the road! I live in Milford but work at the base in Dover. Too bad you didn't get on here sooner, I recently sold a 400 that was a perfect candidate for a stroker build. I ended up going with a Gen 3 Hemi/TR6060 swap instead.
