All,

Holiday Greetings! Wanted to introduce myself. Retired but still working. Trying to downsize to one four-wheeled hotrod and decided on a LA-Built '70 Y2 383 727 WM23. Looking to reintroduce myself to MOPARS - have owned a '67 383 Dodge Monaco, '70 In-Violet 318 Barricuda, a '71 318 Light Blue Demon, and a 2002 Viper. Have done a lot of reading on this site and looking forward to engaging the lifetime members for their corporate knowledge on all-subjects Dodge.

Welcome to FBBO from Ontario, Scott. Enjoy your SuperBee! I bought a '69 brand new, but did not have the sense to hang onto it. Pictures please. Happy New Year!
The picture is me and my new SuperBee in Grand Bend, Ontario, the summer of 1969.

I am pretty sure it is my now brother-in-law, Frank. My girlfriend's (now, wife) parents rented a summer cottage just south of Grand Bend, at Port Franks, so I was in the area quite a bit, back then on weekends. The local area newspaper, The London (Ontario) Free Press is credited with the shot, but I never saw it at the time. I didn't see it until about 5 years ago as part of a daily online blog from Hemmings Motor News. They used to publish old archive photos with lots of cars in the shot for subscribers to try to identify. What a coincidence and shock to see this 50 years later!

Great picture from back in the day! I see what looks like a blue 4-door 1968 Monaco similar to one I used to own, the 6th car parked on the right side.

Leonardtown!?...Hello neighbor! I'm down Medley's Neck, a few miles behind the Middle School. Welcome! Retired...'twice'... myself. Lots of 'car stuff' goes on in 'the county'.

Bill
