Welcome!
That B5 4 speed is badass.
Hoping I can find one some day. Do you mind sharing what u paid, helps me gauge the market...

You bought those out of spring valley WI didn't you? I looked at them every day to and from work. Great find have fun with them.

Welcome from Kenyon are you going to bring it to sibley engineering for media blasting?

Welcome from a fellow Minnesotan. Ya gotta a couple nice projects there. Good luck with em.

Thats the whole reason I got this car Gpuller. An automatic wasn't even a consideration. I went for a ride in a coworkers 70 V code 4 speed back in 95, and have never been able to shake that feeling. I swore to myself that some day I would own a 4 speed Bee. Only took 19 years!

Good for you sticking with the dream. Welcome to FBBO - stick around and post your restoration progress...you'll get plenty of help here. :hello2:

Not sure what I'm going to do yet 70satellite. I don't feel like spending $1000+ blasting metal that is going to get cut out anyway. I stripped cars by hand in the past and it is a real big pain, but it's a whole lot cheaper. If the car was mostly rust free I would have it soda blasted. There are several guys that are mobile and will come right to your door, that is worth the money in my opinion. But since 80% of the metal in this car is gonna get replaced anyway, I think the money would be better spent on AMD panels.

Yes that sounds like what I am doing, I replaced the floor and trunk and cut everything else off. I am blasting whats left with crushed glass from northern. I am going to bring my hood doors and deck lid in for blasting though. The roof is the only part that I want done but I cant justify towing it so it will get da sanded. You are welcome to use the pressure pot when I am done with it. I ordered the correct tips for it from zoro tools sized to a 60 gallon compressor cfm and it runs like a champ.
Check these guys out for metal; http://www.c2cfabrication.com/
