I want to get some new rear springs on my wagon. I want a slightly higher rate for handling's sake, but I don't want to clop down the highway like an oxcart. I'd also like to drop the rear back down another 1.5-2 inches (car came with lowering blocks, not my preferred method but it looked good)
Summit sells MP heavy duty springs intended for big blocks (I have a 318), and apparently ESPO Springs N Things is a good source for most any spring, but they have no kind of catalog on their site to browse so I have no idea what kind of rates or prices they have.
Basically I want to lower the rear a little, have a slightly stronger rate, and not spend a ton of money (i.e. no way am I buying Hotchkiss). What'd be my best option?
