Hey All! Long time Mopar fan, Just getting deep into full restoration of my 1968 Coronet (440). My grandfather bought this car new in 68 and it was my high school car (lots of memories, lol). I'm trying do most of the work myself, but run into some issues here and there. Found you guys on line and thought it would help with my project.

Hi, welcome:wav:

Pretty cool to have a car that's been in the family since new...go pictures of it over the years?

68 in the early 70's.jpgI don't have to many old pics, here's an old Polaroid in the early 70's shortly after my grandfather died, I often refer to the car as Pop's 68.

I have a few more in my gallery, still working on getting more in. I wish I had more, I am on the hunt for one (in color) in its original color of maroon. My dad had it painted not to long after he got it. I think he may have got in a wreck and hid it from my mom. After sandblasting found some old body work no other family member remembered.

Very cool background story, welcome from Minnesota and good luck. :headbang:
