New wheels and tires on
Those wheels look good on the Plymouth. Are those 315's on the rear? They sure do fill up the opening. What kind of space do you have at the front?

215/75r15 front rear has Micky Thompson street et ss 295r15
the car is mini rubbed and has room for a larger tire but wanted no back space issues. Inner lip to back is 16 inches and these measure like 11.5 across the tread.
15x10 wheel with 5.5 back space.
it has a 9 inch ford rear that is size so
axle flange is centered in the wheel well
for Ez wheel and tire combos

Nice. It sounds like the mini tubbing goes right to the frame rail to get the 16". That is what I have on my 64 Belvedere too. The 295s are what I have on the back of my 67 Camaro. My 64 Plymouth has 315's and I stretched the rear openings to get adequate clearance at the front. The 295s look great on your car.

I moved the front wheel lip opening right flush with the front of the inner tub image.jpgto get good safe clearance with the 315.

They quit making any thing larger than 295 in the street et ss not sure why.
but you can't run anything taller than 30 inches and clear front to back in the opening

Discontinuing the 315/60R15 ET Drag radials certainly was a surprise. So much so that I checked the Summit and Jegs sites and sure enough, they are no longer listed. I called Jegs and they confirmed that they are discontinued for some unknown reason but they do have 4 in stock @ $184.00 each, which is a good price for anyone needing a set.

Them wheels look very nice on your 63. Ron

mickey Thompson street et ss got them from jegs. wheels too

I've purchased a few sets of tires from Jegs but this last order of 4 came from Summit. Jegs charges an oversize charge of 9.99 per tire, Summit's tire prices are identical with no shipping fee.. So prior to ordering I called Jegs and spoke with the sales dude about it, he said sorry, can't do anything about the ship fee. Order went to Summit and 40 bucks saved.
