Hey
I've had my Satellite since I was 16 - I'm 32 now. I made quite a bit of progress on the car from 16-22, but got a house, got married, and started having kids, so the car got put on the back burner.
440 was rebuilt roughly 8 years ago. Brakes done 4 years ago. Suspension rebuilt last spring, and that's when I discovered the rot in my torsion bar crossmember. It didn't look too bad, but when it got on the alignment rack and the tech started trying to adjust the car, the crossmember twisted because it rotted from the inside out.
So, the plan is to get the floor and crossmember removed and replaced this fall/winter. After that, I have the interior from a new Challenger SRT to retrofit into it.
We'll see how it goes...
I don't really have any current pics of it on the computer. It's a little different than this pic taken several years ago. Unfortunately, it's in worse shape from not having a garage and sitting for many years.
