Hi all. Had alot of friends tell me about this site soooooooo I found my way here. Looks like a great site. Probably know alot of you from another site. I've owned about a gazillion B's. Bought my first in 76. Was a 69 Charger R/T 440 auto w/ cruze and 8 track. Have had several other Chargers, a few 69 Road Runners and GTXs, a few 71/2 RR's and X's and tons of Satellites and Coronets in between. Right now have a 72 SSP 440 beater/driver. Doing the body work on my 65 Satellite 383 4-sp car. Will be doing a 71 RR w/ 528 Hemi, 4spd, Dana, A/G soon. I retired from Electrical Contracting about 9 years ago and went into Mopar restoration and parts vending full time after piddling with it on the side for 30 years. It been alot of fun. I travel about 15,000 miles a year doing 10-15 shows from the Flings to Carlisle. Have met alot of really cool people and hope to meet more. I'll be at Monster in the swap so stop by and chat a spell.
:headbang:

Welcome. This site is great. I dont think I could of started my car without these guys helping me.

moparmarks welcome to the b-body forum... Pitchers/photos are always nice, we all love or Mopar **** around here...LOL...

Welcome.

You will likely like it better here than that other site. Not the drama, backbiting, or constant armchair appraisers. Just a bunch of car guys.

Interior before and after. Had a bunch of used blue stuff from a friends RR. Added the console. Pulled and re-did the dash. Paint came out a little dark. Oh well.

Came with a 383 that had issues. Had a 440 from a 75 truck that I got from the crusher with a pretty fresh build on it. Took it down to a long block, threw in new seals, cam, lifter, spings. Added a Weiand and Holley 750, new radiator, ect, ect.

Thanks Guys.
Heres my beater. Bought it for my youngest son then he decided that he didn't want to mess with it and school so I bought it for him. Is a 72 SSP 400 2bbl with buddy seat and Strato vent. It needs a drivers quarter and some minor rust repair. Had to buy a few thing but have pretty much done everything with spare parts I had.
Heres when I bought it and it now.
