I think you have to be a NHRA member to get a rule book, and it's only on the internet, I don't think they even print them anymore?

Here's the 2012 rule book in PDF. You can get the 2013 changes by googling it but i dont think there are any changes that will affect you.

NHRA still has the rulebook in print version! $12.00 per copy. Contact your local div. office or a local track or NHRA main office
