Then put batt. cable on pulled out headlight knob headlights worked pushed knob in headlights closed, now I have no power in car and I have no idea what f happend!!! When I say no power, I mean nothing. checked battery ok. Help !!!

check for loose bat cables as well, could get intermittent contact.

Fusible link? I had mine go bad on my 68 Bee but not sure if you have the same thing for your year. It is at the bulkhead connector on the engine bay side.

Ill add to Bulkhead connections, fusible link... that i would check where battery cable gos to block is clean and tight and down to the starter clean/tight. If i remember there is a small wire on battery cable that gos to radiator support... A good ground from engine to firewall, engine to body... extras wont hurt you at all with grounds... Just a couple more to check.. Good luck.

I think it has to do with wrong wire on pin, like single connector on wrong relay? It's all new to me.

CHECK the battery terminals. this is so simple but NOBODY thinks to do it!

If I am thinking right which I am a little bit tired, the fusible link comes off your starter relay to the bulkhead toward the top a couple wires down on the right. I will be able to take some pictures of mine this weekend if needed. Is everything working for you? If it is the Fusible link (for me anyway) the ignition does not work either, plus all of my lights and guages.
