Yeah I’m sure they’ll be better than that, lol. I got this side done, but the number 2 pipe is hanging out about a 1/4” too much. This is my first stainless set and I’m amazed at how much this stuff moves with heat. Once I get then engine back in the car, I’ll check fit and change that tube before the collector gets added.
This is a Gen2 426 based engine. The Edelbrock head was developed with the larger cubic inch hemis in mind. They don’t require any real porting and I just cleaned up the ports. That’s all outlined in my Superbird thread. The K-member is the one I made for the Superbird as well. It’s a RMS Alterktion but wider so the forward exhaust has more room. The aftermarket front suspensions really kill turning radius on these long wheelbase cars.2 ?s please
Edelbrock heads vs factory heads with work, why did you go Edelbrock, and what is the difference between a worked factory head and the Edelbrock, and are the Eddies modded? I thought factory Gen 3 heads were great.

What front suspension system that granted the ability to do the rack and pinion?
Thanks.
Wow. The valve covers looked smaller to me, like an aftermarket cover for the Gen 3, and the EFI threw me off too. This is a Gen2 426 based engine
I'll check it out!all outlined in my Superbird thread.
I could definitely qualify! LolAren't you supposed to have a plumbers licence!!
That must be true since I've been running my turbo diesel for over 15 years with a straight pipe and no one has ever said a word to me about it....even after looking underneath pretty hard during inspection. Other than that, it's stock. Man, what a build you have going on!!Turbos are mufflers! Lol
I bought the flanges.Did you make the head flange or buy one? I need to make new headers this winter.......
Thanks Wookie! I’ll be the only guy at the track next year running 10.0’s at 37mph on the brakes until I get a cage upgrade in it!Looking great man.
