I have a 69 charger factory AC car. Came with a 5.25x1.25” water pump pulley. I have Removed all of the factory AC components and will not be putting AC back on anytime soon. I am needing a 5.25x1.75” water pump pulley so that it will line up with my power steering pump pulley. I am having a hard time finding this, but I know it exists as I am not the only one that has done this change. Anyone out there know where I can find this (have part number etc)? I’m keeping the 4 grooves crankshaft pulley. I know there are a ton of threads in this but I have not been able to find specific part numbers.

Change out both pulleys. They are readily available at the normal restoration parts sources.

Change out what other pulley outside of WP? The crankshaft? I shouldn’t have to change that out.

The power steering belt does not go around the water pump pulley..... it is only driven from p/steering to the crank pulley. I might
have the correct single groove water pump
pulley.

My experience is this. Very little is the same A/C vs non A/C. This means crank and water pump pulleys as well as brackets.

You need to swap out the crank to a 2 groove and get the water pump that 440 source shows. Believe me you are doing it the hard way and you will find that there will be belt mis-alignment. Best thing is to find a non-ac car and take it all.
