That part number is not in the 69 Parts Manual number index.
There are "C" Bodies that are similar but have a long pig tail. FYI

That number is on the chrome casting. Agree, it’s not the assembly number.

Correct that is a cast number.. Part Numbers are 2853636 RH 2853637 for LH

That is clearly wrong that turn signal was not an option in 62 I believe it was first used in 69. That turn signal is the same one on my fathers 69 Sport Fury..

I have one of the first 69's out of California and delivery date of September of 1968, with those identical turn signals. Can you tell me if the bulbs illuminate?
