Fender tag screws not OEM.
At lest the tag is there to verify the SO vs the body.

Does not look terrible until you get to the cowl.
That's a pretty unusual rust pattern.
They typically don't rust there, but if they do it can be a big issue.

The rust I see is mostly surface. Not that I need another project, but I do have the 66 engine and 67 -68 transmission. To boot it's only 550 miles from me.

You're the guy! Me, I'd do a day 2 with headers, marine intake and Holleys. Finding the right carbs, manifolds and such would push the price up too high. I hope it goes to a good home. The buy-in makes the car doable I think and parts cars if needed are available.

Being from Florida I don't need to tell you coastal rust attacks areas that on cars from the North East is normally solid... I had one coastal car... Never wanted a second one..

Yes, if you're doing it as a business or wealth generating scheme , you're barking up the wrong tree. Which is beneficial to those that love the cars and are in it as a hobby.

Talked with the owner a few minutes ago. He says someone from Kentucky is coming to purchase it. He wanted to keep my number in case something went wrong. He described the rust issues in detail. Says floor pans and structure is good. Repairs needed to lower quarters, and the bottom of the doors. V8 K in the car Hemi K in the trunk. Supposedly the guy coming has a correct drivetrain also. We can probably color it gone.
