What movie is that from?

I think it was called Out Cold.
Story was about a ski lodge owned by some old timer who relied on a young-ish team of employees to run the joint. A new upscale owner came in (Lee Majors / $6 mil man, IIRC) and the hijinx began. No academy awards here!

Not that one,I got this gem that would be perfect for the Mad Max clone if someone is up for the challenge. It's cheap as far as Chargers go at $2500. I got doors,rough fenders and a good flat hood for the car too.
