Now for something completely different . . . an anvil stand . . . for my shop

Still working on this when I get time . . . last night was hole drilling . . .

Got the 4 holes drilled . . .

And today I set the "straps in place . . . to see how they're going to look . . . and it's AWESOME ! ! !

@Mopars & Missiles - Thanks - GREAT suggestion ! ! ! Just welded bolts with heads cut off on the end of the rebar . . .
Going to work out great ! ! !

I was thinking you could of drilled 4 holes in the bottom of the anvil and threaded them for studs. Put 4 studs in and drill your top plate for the studs to pass through and nut it down.

Thought of that option too . . . but wasn't too sure how that "might" effect the anvil . . . so I opted for this method (like most people do) instead . . .
