My friends Dave (N/SS), Mark (Gen 3), my son Scott (N/SS & Pro), and I (N/SS) made the trip from michigan down to Norwalk. Great seeing lots of friends that we don't get to see often enough. Friday started out well for me After Q2 car was #2 out of 44 . Entered the Gamblers no box race running the usual foot brake. 152 car started. Made it 6 rds to the final 4 when I was late. The others went a few rds. Then they crewed for me and made it easy. Saturday I made a poor decision at the stripe in rd2. Should've dumped. Instead lost a double breakout by .004. Dave went a few rds. Mark made it to the Semi's in Gen 3. Scott lost in N/SS on a close one early. But made it to the Semi's in box. Losing with a 10.007 (10.00 dial) to a 10.554 (10.55 dial). Sunday no time trial as wether was coming in the afternoon. Lost 1st rd 9.249 (9.25 dial). Scott was in In no box but the trans lost 2nd gear. Dave went 3 rds in N/SS. Mark got it done in Gen 3 and won. Shout out to Nevn (68 Dart GTS her on B bodies) for taking his street car to the final in Hemi. Friends Sean B Miller, Brian Hendrickson, Gerry Kassin taking wins
