Odd sign in boxes, anybody else see these?

Just today I’ve been getting these strange verification sign-in’s? Just started today and on posts by various members.

Whatever it was that was happening its not doing it anymore. Another strange online occurrence I get from time to time on this site, the other is periodically getting ads showing up for a few hours then going away. Who knows maybe local.
