I am new to the Mopar Restoration world, and am trying to get a better understanding out how the OE scoring system actually works. Does anyone have any details on how many points are used and allocated in the judging process. For example, if I had a show quality restoration with 98% original components how would it score? If you did not leave bare steel components bare, or did not leave the bottom in primer only, how would in be scored? Does anyone actually have a detail scoring sheets that shows point allocations or deductions for specific areas? I have collected some books on what to look for in an original car, but at a complete loss as to understanding the scoring process. Any help or guidance will be greatly appreciated.
