Off to a good start !

Pop runs radials on the wagon. He runs 22lbs in his. It weighs 3770. It doesn’t hit the tires real hard. it transfers weight great, but it will not move it spins so bad when the track goes away.

How much air do you run in the bias 29.5x10.5 and how much does yours weigh? If you are smacking the tire and it is wrapping up it may be time to stick with the radial.

I run 13psi with tubes, the tires do not wrap up much at all. Car weighs 3340 lbs w/o driver or weight. This was first rd. saturday.

Thanks for all the reply's
By the way .
This is my third season running PBRs . I normally go 150 plus passes per set . Here at Sydney track prep can be mixed , and temps can go from 100+ to 40/50f . Last season , year , i chirped the tyres 2 or 3 times only . They have never flat spun . Good enough to win the championship . This season has been difficult , 1 i went to transbrake and 2 prep has been quite iffy . I think i now have the tbrake launch right . I chased shock setting not tyre pressures . Dont brush radials , just realise suspension settings are different to crossplies and correct shocks are more critical . And decent prep is helpful but not the be all and end all , with PBR
