I have letters / E-mails from the State Government on this stating it was droped.

I am confident that this bill will not be acted upon in this session, and therefore it will die at the end of session at the end of the month. It would have to be reintroduced in January and start the process from scratch to be considered.

Good to hear. I had hoped the major car shows ( Mopar Nats, Chrysler Classic, GoodGuys, etc.) that all have huge economic impact to Ohio would organize some petition drives. That might get the legislature's attention. Nonbody's debating the street racing angle, just the broader interpretations of everything else for which, by the way, there are existing laws...reckless driving, etc.
